We also support clients with other organisations. Please contact Victims of Crime (VOF), Veterans Affairs (VA), Orange Door, charitable organisations, or any other designated insurance provider to confirm your coverage, rebate amounts, and the number of sessions available.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Prior approval from TAC, WorkCover, VOF, VA, or your insurance provider is required before your appointment.• We do not invoice third parties directly unless specifically agreed and approved.
• If your claim is not approved, you are responsible for the full session fee.
• A paid invoice will be provided so you can submit a claim for reimbursement. In approved cases where direct billing is agreed, you will only need to pay the client responsibility.

Medicare Rebates
We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Rebates can be processed directly for you at our clinic.
Please note you do not require a GP referral to book an appointment as it is your personal decision whether you would like to access the Medicare Rebates or pay privately.

Private Health
If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be eligible for rebates. As each health fund and level of cover relates to different rebate allowances, please contact your health fund directly to discuss this with them. You can claim directly with your insurer after your session.
Please be aware you may not be able to use your private health insurance if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.
Late Cancellation
We hope you can understand that our appointment time is valuable, and it has been reserved specifically for you. If you cannot attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please provide us with 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee.
Non-attendance or cancellation at short notice (less than 48 hours) will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: A fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee will apply. Unfortunately cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebate.

Payment processing fee of approximately 2% is applied to all payments.
To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, we offer appointments outside of our regular business hours. Please note that appointments scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM on weekdays, as well as any appointments on Saturdays and public holidays, will incur an additional $20 per hour after-hours fee.
